Ooo ooo, me too me too. Of course most officials don't say "charge" at the table because it would just open a big old can of juicy red wrigglers (because the common usage of the term has become equivalent to PC foul). But it is charging nonetheless.

And I'd bet that is more common than not, even among officials (unfortunately).
