I have a PC that occurs with about half a second on the clock. If that was called, Northern Iowa still would have won more than likely, after a throw-in and possibly a T on the Illinois State coach.

The foul does not cause the ball in flight to become dead. If the free throw goes in, it counts. Regardless, Team A will be getting the ball following the last free throw.

Tough foul call at 2:07 in OT. Following the call, there was a delay as the official scorer had the Maryland player with five fouls, but everyone else had four. Crew stuck with the official scorer.

Careful. You could have an unsporting flagrant technical foul during a live ball. You could also have a flagrant personal foul on or by an airborne shooter while the ball is dead.
