On the NFHS login screen is a username lookup function if you can't find your login info elsewhere. It will also offer you options for modifying your password if you can't find yours.

I was able to download the new rule and case books. I suggest you wait an hour and try again. I had a similar issue a couple of weeks ago when looking to get the Football books.

When you go to a game, watch the officials. Most of us watch the ball. In particular, watch the off ball official to see what he/she is doing and where he/she is looking.
