2010 Rule books

The new rule books appear to on the NFHS website, but I can't get at them.

Before I log in, I cannot get to the publications page. After I log in I can get to the publications page but I when I click on the rule books I get a permissions error.

Since it appears I can log in, I think it is an error at the website, but it could also be that my state (Utah) has not yet forwarded my registration. That has happened before. I have paid my 2010 dues.

Anyone else able to download the new rule books?

I was able to download the new rule and case books. I suggest you wait an hour and try again. I had a similar issue a couple of weeks ago when looking to get the Football books.

NFHS Publication Library ...

No problem with rulebook and casebook. Manual took several minutes to download.

My account was messed up. The nice people at NFHS fixed it for me.

Nice to have the manuals.

Thanks!

Can anyone help me out with how to download the rule and case books? I can see it and view it, but the Library does not permit me to print or save a copy. I am a member, but can't seem to find a way to download as others have.

Thanks,
Z

If you've started with the manual, which is listed first, then I can understand your frustration. I gave up the first time I tried to download the manual. It seemed to take forever. I tried it again, while walking away from my computer, and when I came back, the manual was downloaded, as a 38,667 KB file!

Try the rulebook (1,184 KB), or casebook (291 KB), first. See if you have better luck.

Also. Are you sure that you are logged in with your username, password, and/or NFHS ID number?

Wow, you make 38MB sound like a big file. Are you using dialup?

No, BillyMac has confided to me that Pony-Express.com is the only internet provider in his little corner of Connecticut

You're both wrong. Two tin cans and a very long string.

If we started doing stuff like that, we'd soon be wearing horizontal stripes.

Ah, I will dig around for my ID number, although I don't remember receiving one from our Board- we were given cards, but I don't recall ID #s on them. (Same with our IAABO cards too).

THis might be the problem, as there is no link available to me to download the books on the pages I open up.

Thanks

On the NFHS login screen is a username lookup function if you can't find your login info elsewhere. It will also offer you options for modifying your password if you can't find yours.
