I say give him one!
I have worked many junior high games like the one you described, (very hard to get a flow to the game). Those types of games are hard to ref without a coach getting all over you. I had one last year...

A quick look
#1: Don't restart count, team B never had control.
#2: Yes restart count, any time you have a new throw in start new count.
#3: Yes restart count, same as above.

A little twist on the subject
First of all it is a travel and you guys (co2ice and BktBallRef) do agree and I have the same rule 4:43.5a.
Now the twist!
If the player has one foot on the floor and one knee and then recovers...

In general the boys games seem to run right on time like before eventhough this year in one of the conferences I work in went to two 8 min. and two 7 min. quaters in the JV games. The JV games start...

Don't count it if it shouldn't have been
Maybe I am not going about this the right way but I try not to let a score ever influance the way I call a game. If you would not have counted the hoop if the game were tied than don't count it if...

I feel that you should call the last minute of the game the way you call the first minute. Regardless of the score either a one point game or a 50 point game. I also agree that I think if we are...
