I agree with the catcher's poorly "framing" pitches, that's definitely a huge pet peeve.

On the flip side, though, I hate it when pitchers throw strikes on the inside corner and batter's jump out...

I had a play last year where I called a girl out for not reaching the bag and getting tagged... but she was a foot short. Bit of a difference ;)

I think those lessons are only really learned when you screw up on the field... Obviously we, as umpires, want to get every call right. But missing those calls in that game have stuck with me much...
