That is correct, there were no new rules for 2021 so there will be no new book for 2021. Keep your 2020 book, new (2020) books will be available for those that register in 2021 that did not register...

I do agree, at that age the coach puts the ball where they swing on a number of batters! It's more of a coach hitting the bat rather than a batter hitting the ball!
