I'm sure that's what Art 9 should mean and that is the way it is ruled, but that's not what it says - there is no "immediately" or some such word along with the "after throw-in ends".

Camp is a must

+1 on the good camp to go to this summer.
I think you can gain a year's worth of experience by going to a camp after your first or second year of officiating.

What are the 4th Official duties?

I saw a pregame conference and there were four soccer officials. I have only seen three before - referee and two "line judges" (not sure of teminology).

So what does the fourth official do?
