Why? After watching it live and seeing that video, I don't see how the Trail could come and get that. The Lead had a much better look at the defender's left arm (That one that actually made contact), and the right arm didn't touch the shooter. I realize the drive started in the Trail's area, but I thought he was reaching quite a bit. (For full disclosure, I am a fan of the home team)

I'm just saying that the video you show is no indicator either way. I could make an argument for why it absolutely should be excessive contact as easily as you make the argument that it shouldn't be.

Considering this was C that called it (not T - L was across the lane) he was the only official with a good angle on the play.

This was a no brainer. A textbook call by a quality crew.

x2....you really HAVE to come in and take control with a play like that. They closed in on the action, and you see the trail restraining the coach and keeping him from getting into a "heat of the moment" issue where he would need to be disciplined. Great job crew!
