That's probably the only situation...

Except in the case of the throw-in, and there is no backcourt violation on a throw-in because there is no player or team control during a throw-in.

Here in Georgia, we've gotten no real benefit...

Here in Georgia, we've gotten no real benefit from being part of IAABO. Our board is strongly in favor of letting them go, and Georgia High School seems to agree.
