Agree. Players almost always gather the ball with a foot on the floor when they are splitting 2 defenders. Also he did not land simultaneously with both feet after the gather.

This was a travel : the player gathered the ball with left foot on floor, jumped off of this foot and landed on 2 feet. At this point he is not allowed to pivot. and he pivoted which is a violation...
