How can you just have a timeout.....then come out of a commercial....in bound the ball.....then get a violation or...

You mean WISCONSIN doesn't have enough "good" officials to ref 3-person? What a sack of crap - How do they train officials? Has there been any proactivity by the state association? No college...

"Wisconsin Refs" - 3 Person Question
What conferences in the State of Wisconsin use 3-Person officiating, at the high school Varsity level?
I am aware of the Big-8 and Southern Lakes. Are there others? :confused:

A1 is dribbling in their frontcourt. A2 & B2 are going at it for position in the paint. I'm L and whistle double foul on A2 & B2.

NFHS Rules Regarding "Tucked In" Jerseys.
Are there rules pertaining to players being required to keep their jerseys tucked in whenever possible? Is this something that, if required by rule, enforced?
I just see more HS players not...

Officiating Wheel Chair Basketball
