10U Wreck Ball, ASA rules.

Bases loaded, batter hits a swinging bunt, which F2 fields and tags R1 coming from 3rd for an out. F2 then positions herself about a quarter of the way up the 3rd base...

So there is no rule, per say, for a fielder crashing/colliding with a runner, except if the umpire determines it to be intentional or malicious and then it could be USC, correct?

Believe it or not, this rec. coach had discussed it with the PU and told him to let it go as this was a first year pitcher. So the PU must have thought it was not legal also.

Is that legal in ASA?

So one umpire may think that this chatter is USC or Verbal OBS, where another may not? So would this be considered a judgment call and...
