Illegal forward pass on 4th down
A1 is running for the goal line on 4th down, as he's getting tackled he throws the ball forward from the 3 yd. line and A2 catches it in the endzone.
B has to take the penalty to keep the score...

4th down and ball is snapped over punters head into endzone, punter turns and just kicks ball out of endzone. We flag him for illegal kick in the endzone. I know it's a safety no matter what, but...

Without looking in rule book, I think the home team(R) would have to decline the illegal motion penalty to get the ball. Then it's a dead ball foul which would be 15 yards marked off against them...
