Roughing the Passer

A’s ball first and ten at B’s 30 yard line. A1 throws a legal forward pass to A2, who catches the ball at B’s 20 yard line. B1 roughs the passer during the play. A2 is contacted by B2 and fumbles the ball at the 20, which is recovered by B3 at the 5 yard line.

I enforced from previous spot which was 30 yd because of the change in possession. Everything I read in 9-4-4 says that I did it correct, any opinions!!

End of run is B20. I'd say A 1st and 10 from B10.

ART. 5 . . . The enforcement spot is the dead ball spot for roughing the passer
when the dead ball spot is beyond the neutral zone and there has been no
change of team possession.

Since there WAS a change of possession in the OP, this provision of rule 10 doesn't answer the question.

You want to see the PENALTY listed under 9-4, Illegal Personal Contact:

"Roughing passer (Art. 4) – (S34) – 15 yards and a first down
from the dead ball spot when the dead ball spot is beyond the neutral zone and
there has been no change of team possession, or otherwise 15 yards and first
down from previous spot"

You got it right. Remember this is an automatic first down.

It's customary to:
(a) quote the post to which you're responding, and
(b) post more than just a rule, which might or might not answer the question.

Honestly, it didn't read that way. Either quote him, or at LEAST use the name of the person you're replying to, or some text to indicate what you're replying to - not just quoting rules.
