I always stop the clock with my right hand. I've tried to get myself to use my left hand when appropriate, but I haven't been successful yet.

Three point attempts I signal with... ummm.... whatever hand I was counting with at the time. I think. I really haven't thought about it.

The tip I got from one of my association clinicians... when counting in the backcourt, use the "outside" arm. That way the counting hand doesn't impact your vision.
