Mechanics question
In basketball, there are charts in the rules book that show the mechanics for different calls. Is there something like that for softball? I know the easy stuff but was curious about things like delayed dead ball and if there may be others I am not aware of. Thanks, Mike

Hey, Firemikeb,
In the ASA rule book, the mechanics start on page 199 (Umpire's manual), and the signal chart starts on page 263. But don't just skip around to those pages - make sure you read the book from cover to cover. Wash, repeat. Good luck, man!

Get the NCAA umpire manual - it also has good drawings of mechanics.
