It was a small tear.
I go in tomorrow to have a Computerized Axial Tomography Scan to see if a more detailed diagnosis can be done/seen.

Concerning Glucosamine/Chondroitin, I've been taking Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength. Unfortunately for me though, it's been getting harder for me to go up & down stairs/bleachers.

I tore my lateral meniscus whilst I was in football 7 years ago. Had to get a X-rays and an MRI to confirm. Finally had to get a partial meniscectomy by way of arthroscopic surgery. Put me out 3 weeks. Knee only acts up occasionally. Found that doing barbell squats as definitely helped strengthen the knee.

Unbelievable.....

When I was a military instructor I was always told - at the end of your class, never say, "What are your questions." Because if you do, someone can ask, "What did you have for dinner last night?"

Hence, that is what I though of here.

As for me - My brother smashed my head into an A/C unit (funny story). I cut my finger once on glass needed stitches. Jerk hit me with a whisk broom - needed a tetanus shot there. Dislocated a finger falling on the ice. Tore my ACL playing hoops once (not ref related). Got hit by a car walking the dog. Then there's 9/11......but I'll let that go.

Help?

The correct question was always, "What are your questions pertaining to this block of instruction as I have explained it to you?"

Questions?

Dismissed!

I've never seen a car that was walking the dog much less been hit by one. That must have hurt.

Looking at information on WebMD, there's a chance of PCL injury.

What types of injuries have occurred to you or that you've seen occur to others?
Details on incident please.

I was doing shot clock for BV game, & during halftime there was a School club Pop Shoot going & a ball came rolling towards the scorers' table. As I bent done to pick up ball my left knee buckled, which sent me onto the court. My left knee popped out of place due to it.

Initial findings was there was no damage & the knee popped itself back into place.

Since then, periodically my left knee will pop without warning. Of course, as mentioned before, am having some trouble going up & down stairs/bleachers without support. Also am having to use a cane to walk on occasion.

Before the incident, my left knee had been injured in 2 separate car accidents where contusions were the only injury. So part of what happened was that my knee had been previously weakened.
