No. You'd have to provide more details to have an INT foul.
For example, if the defender was chasing down an opponent from behind and pushed in in the back, that would be an INT foul. But if a defender was juked, the dribbler beats him and there's just a hand in the back similiar to a handcheck, you shouldn't call an INT foul.

It looked to me like a frustration hit it the back. I thought all push/hits to the back were automatically int because of neck injury risks. That was what a few guys, including some vets, told me. Seems like I have to spo believing everything everyone treks me haha. Thanks. I let the other official take it because he was the lead and closer.
