I didn't see the cause of the stoppage in play. Based on what happened immediately after the official blew his whistle (B45 had to be restrained by his teammates and an official) I'm guessing W34 committed the intentional foul and B45 retaliated in some way.
No one on B shot free throws for the intentional foul. W shot the technicals, then W got the ball for a throw-in at half court.

Possible. It was close to the end of the game, but I didn't think to look at the scoreboard to see what the foul totals were. I made my statement based on the announcer's call over the PA system. Maybe he misspoke. Hard to believe, I know...
