Thank you for your lovely note. As an educator in the 21st century in America's public schools I know that if I don't excuse BillyMac from his required math homework, as you requested, that you will go over my head to my principal, who will, of course, cave to your (and every parent's) demand and make me excuse him. So in order to streamline the process and save everyone some time and effort I will happily excuse BillyMac from this and every assignment that you take the time to complain about. Signed, Mr. Biz
