Tech/Basket Interference
A1 goes up for a layup, B1 slaps the backboard hard, not attempting to block the ball. Tech./ball at half. Do you not count the basket if he makes it? Should you let it go, even though it was excessive and no attempt was made on the ball. A1 attempts the layup and B1 slaps the backboard going for the ball, you believe the vibration caused by slaping the backboard may have caused the ball not to go in, can you just call basket interference?
