Tough call for the man on the spot, but seeing it on the video this is a clear no catch. No voluntary release.

The rule does, however, employ the concept of voluntary release ("In establishing the validity of the catch, the fielder shall hold the ball long enough to prove that he has complete control of the ball and that his release of the ball is voluntary and intentional."). That's what's missing in this play. It's not a difficult call, provided that one has good timing and watches the whole play.

I have no catch. His rolling over to show the ball is still part of the play. So, he has to demonstrate voluntary release. Which he didn't. It came out of his glove as he was showing the ball.
No voluntary release while the play was still being made. No catch.
