I understand that running plays are penalized from the end of the run but what if A1 hands off to A2 and a touchdown is scored however during the run A3 was detected holding. Where is the basic spot?

Where would I find a list of foul that I would give the personal foul signal for? Also what is the difference between a personal fould and a ordinary foul. Is it just that its a 15 yard penalty?

I think what he really ment is don't even tempt to blow it if the play wasn't on my side. I always have my whistle in my mouth before the play even begins.
