I alwasy call it when it prevents North/South movement. Hardly ever call it going East/West (unless it displaces). I asked this my first year of the more senior refs, and that's what they said.

I don't know why, but I always thought a flagrant was a technical, and all techicals go to the division line for a spot throw in. With a flagrant, you don't need 2 technicals to get ejected. Thanks...

So the answer is yes, it may be goal tended. Basket Interference may be called if ball is in the cylinder or on the rim...

Thump, you said no switch but yet I go to Trail from Lead. Sounds like a switch to me. I know there is no switch below the free throw line extended, lead administers, but at what spot above the line...
