UnderArmour Cold Gear. Stuff is the absolute best -- no need to layer when wearing this -- it's skin tight and has kept me warm enough on 30 degree days with wind chills in the teens.

Rich is right on. The Under Armour cold gear works so good it's almost magic. Have never had anything that works anywhere near as well.

Under Armour, with a long sleeve or 2 over the top if really cold and windy.

I have both the Under Armour Cold Gear and Reebok NFL Equipment "Play Dry" mock turtlenecks. The Reebok is noticeably warmer. When I put it on in the locker room I always start sweating.

If you have an Under Armour warm weather shirt, I've had luck wearing that with black cotton t-shirts layered on top.

For wind and rain you can go to the golf section of the sporting goods store- they usually have some black gear that looks like it would be pretty effective.

This is the first year I've used the Under Armor cold gear and I'm sold! I have found that it's only good though while you are active and moving. We finished our pre-game early last night and had to stand around for about 15 minutes. That got cold! Once we started though I warmed up quickly. I may try the t-shirt with it because that might help.

Under Armour makes three (or more) shirts you can wear for various degrees of warmth. The first, if its not THAT cold, but just a little nippy, is the turf gear shirt. This has no mock collar and does a decent job if what's cold is the wind. The next level is the all-season wear shirt that does have a mock collar and provides more warmth than the turf wear shirt. Finally, there's the mentioned cold gear with collar.

All I've worn with my long sleeved striped shirt is the turf gear shirt. I wore that twice last year but didn't work when really cold. If I do, I'll get the AS and CG shirts and decide which one at game time.

The ones you buy off the shelf have the white UA logo on the collar. If you don't want that, you can order the UA tactical line which blacks all that stuff out. I wear the tactical shirts (short sleeve) for basketball since they are the only ones that have a v-neck.
