On the snap or ready for play?
Clock question. Team A punts to Team B, the punt touches a Team B player (receiving team) and is recovered by Team A (kicking team) Question is:
Does the clock start on the ready for play signal or on the snap? Rules reference if you can find it, please. I cannot.
