I haven't seen the PPT but that doesn't surprise me. Their presentations are usually less precise in wording than the actual rule.

When I searched for the 2015 changes, I couldn't get the .pdf file to open. The .ppt file was the next available and it worked so I went with what I had. They do tend to simplify, which for the purposes of a presentation may not be so bad.
