Continous motion (4.11) Live ball/Dead ball (6.7)
Is the NCAA ruling the same as NFHS?
A1 has the ball an is in the act of shooting. Before the ball leaves the hands of A1, A2 is fouled by B2. A1 completes the act of shooting an the ball goes thru the basket. What is the NCAA ruling?

Count it.
Foul by Team B never kills the ball when a Team A player has begun the continuous motion.
