The video doesn't get into it, but if you read the article the penalty in question was because a coach on the losing team bumped an official (assuming inadvertantly) as he was running down the sideline in his excitement because his team was in the process of scoring the go ahead touchdown. Instead of enforcing the penalty on the kickoff, the crew incorrectly nullified the touchdown. With a minute to go. Yikes.
