The court will almost certainly end up dismissing this case, and rightfully so because sport arbitration should not be in the jurisdiction of the judicial system. Still, OSSAA really ought to have a mechanism in place to remedy situations like this where a clear misapplication of the rules significantly alters a game, especially in a high-stakes situation like a state quarterfinal.
