You can't travel while dribbling the ball.
If you lift your pivot foot before release the dribble, you have traveled. If you end your dribble, pick your pivot foot up and put it back down while still holding the ball, you have traveled. And I'm with the others...I have no idea why you're having such trouble comprehending this.
