Gathered the ball with the right foot on the floor, step one occurred with the left foot, and step two came with the right foot. Completely legal in the NBA.

So in that play the right foot can return to the floor before releasing the ball?

Sure. The pivot foot, under NBA rules, is the left foot in this situation.

And this is why I do not even try to comment on travelling in the NBA, not even in the office. Thanks APG for your infinite NBA rules knowledge.

1) great no call, ball should have come back to SA though
2) tough play, ok with no call, probably would have been fine with a foul too
3) good no call, it looks like a lot of contact, but most of Green's backward motion is due to the force of the shot being blocked like it was, not body contact.

1. Play one was reviewed and overturned. The ball was given back to San Antonio.
