I too have a foul, twice even. Allen was across the top of Ginobili's arm as he was gathering the ball and again as he was trying to bring it up to shoot.
In HS or NCAA, that would/should be a travel (as was #1 too). But the NBA rules (depending on which copy you read) say it is or is not a travel.

James gets away with that move on a consistent basis. Ginobili gets that called on a consistent basis. Bosh, the third member of the Big 2 1/2 finally earned a bit of his paycheck for once.
