...implying that there was player control. If the ball is momentarily in contact with the palm but the player doesn't have control....play on...and prepared to be asked about it by the other coach.

ok thanks, on 1.. From the opposing teams point of view it really would look like there was control because I think I did momentarily palm it. But I don't think I had control of it. would be a tough call either way.
If there was no control though would I be able to dribble after. |
