Whenever we pregame we discuss a double whistle, and in the case of a block/PC situation we will defer to the L , since the play is usually going towards him. We are not a regular crew, tournament time mixes officials up. The T (and R) has a lot more 3 man work than me. Input?
You had two players in your lap on the far side from Trail. Your call.

Discussing double-whistles, in my opinion, is less important than discussing partner recognition. Once you recognize your partner, you can defer to partner or you can talk to partner.
