What if the coach says they are injured, of course he is lying, but if he says they are unavailable due to injury or sickness, we can't make them come in!

I'd be willing to work a 3-whistle game with 6 players playing, ...

We had 8 guys show up to officiate a JV/Varsity scrimmage (on 2 courts). I tried to talk 'em into using 4-person mechanics, but nobody was interested...

Works for me. Though in bball, I find it much more difficult to watch both the net and the center line at the same time.

Never would I "make" a supposedly injured player play. Too much liability involved with that decision.
