For NFHS, start the 2nd half with free throws, then the offended team gets the ball at midcourt opposite for a throw in. Arrow remains unchanged.

Just for completeness, FIBA is "almost" the same, but the offending team will start the quarter with a team foul. The technical foul counts for the player's five, since during an intermission all team members entitled to play (that is, not fouled out) are considered players (so there's no T charged to the coach).
