Tommy, I know that you have the CCA manual, because you quoted it in the thread about the Trail chopping in time. If you look in it, it has the stop-clock signal and there's no longer an asterisk next to it to indicate that it is optional on out of bounds violations. About 3 years ago, the manual made a big deal about saying that the stop-clock signal is NOT optional. It should be given for all violations, including out of bounds.

I know that JRut already said the same thing, but I just wanted to reinforce it. Hope it's not overkill.
