Scrapper correctly answered all of your questions. I will only add that the official should NOT be pointing to any spot in this case, since the throw-in is NOT a designated-spot throw-in. Truly the team can pick any location along the endline for the official to administer the ball when they return to the court following the time-out and the official should oblige. |
