CA (both), MA (both), NY (both), MD (girls), WA (girls), ND (both, Class A only), [I'm missing one more at the moment. I'll look it up and edit this.] and some private school leagues in various areas such as VA (girls) and a strange multi-state monstrosity called the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council.
