In Connecticut we go with the:

Raised Fist
Hand behind the head
Punch forward
(Not done yet)
Signal The infraction
Point to the spot

Repeat much of the bove at the table.

Will I do it? I'll try.

Going to look like a conductor at the symphony...but I will try.
