In PA, we were told the following:

Foul called (Armed raised with fist)

Then lower arm and give the punch signal
3
Then give prelim, hold, push, block ect
4
Point to spot where ball will be taken out
5
Report
6
When reporting team, number then signal of actual foul push, block, hold
If anyone else from PA is doing it different let me know
