At half time all three are dunking prior to the official's coming back on the floor. Hypothetical question, this tournament has a closed circuit camera that broadcast on a screen in the concession area. If the officials happen to see the dunking as they walk by the t.v could they call a technical? There jurisidication doesn't start until they arrive at courtside correct? So I am assuming the answer would be no. But it would serve them right to get caught.
Since the officials' jurisdiction doesn't start until they are on the floor, it's not a foul until that time. So even if they were to see it on the closed circuit TV, there'd be nothing to call.
However, the post states that this occurs during halftime. Therefore, the officials do have jurisdiction.

(Not saying I'd call the T!)
