Hypothetical question, this tournament has a closed circuit camera that broadcast on a screen in the concession area. If the officials happen to see the dunking as they walk by the t.v could they call a technical? There jurisidication doesn't start until they arrive at courtside correct? So I am assuming the answer would be no. But it would serve them right to get caught.
Since the officials' jurisdiction doesn't start until they are on the floor, it's not a foul until that time. So even if they were to see it on the closed circuit TV, there'd be nothing to call.
