You're gonna want to be able to reference Rule 10-5-4d to refute that mistaken notion expressed by the veteran you mentioned. Would he be open to that if it were communicated to him?

Again, I'd want to know the answer to my previous question before stating that declaratively.

I think the rule book I used also allowed them to stand to check out the Hot Moms.
