I hate the FED rule about warnings for throwing at batters. In this situation, if you warn the V F1, aren't you effectively giving the H F1 a free shot at one of the V batters since you haven't warned him yet? I guess you could go ahead and eject the H F1 if you know it was intentional, but the H coach is going to go nuts since you warned the other team. This is why in the OP, an ejection seems fitting IMO.
