I hate the FED rule about warnings for throwing at batters. In this situation, if you warn the V F1, aren't you effectively giving the H F1 a free shot at one of the V batters since you haven't warned him yet? I guess you could go ahead and eject the H F1 if you know it was intentional, but the H coach is going to go nuts since you warned the other team. This is why in the OP, an ejection seems fitting IMO.

Warning. If V pitcher is throwing darts all day and throws one behind head of batter he did it intentional, if wanted to hit the batter he would have. Had a dart thrower hit batter in head, eject, behind the head, warn, especially under circumstances (no warn to other team).
What I don't understand is how H pitcher is all over the place, hit 4 batters and team only trails 1-0. And how did dart throwing shutout pitcher end up with bases loaded? I probably 3000 miles away, but opinion woud not change if closer. Last edited by DG; Tue May 31, 2011 at 09:51pm. |

And its for his own good, cause guess what is happening if he gets up to the plate himself again. Try filling out that paperwork... |
