I put lineups in my shirt pocket and keep all changes on a special sheet I designed for this purpose that is in my left ball bag - Subs, CR's, conferences by inning, offensive and defensive, pitching changes, official warnings, etc. It is similar to the one that comes with Honigs little notebook, but I have more stuff on mine. I can only write stuff reported to me, and the lineup sheet I only need if there is an issue I need to refere to official lineup for, such as BOO.
