Charged Conference...
Is a visit between innings to a pitcher a charged conference if it takes place at the mound? Looked in the rule book and couln't find anything either way. I'm thinking yes.

Thanks, I was really torn here because you usually don't see a coach out on the field for warmup tosses...

Case Book 3.4.1H: Between innings the coach of Team A walks from the third base coach's box to the pitcher's mound and proceeds to visit with F1. RULING: F1 has one minute in which to complete his warmup throws. At that point, the coach should leave the field. The umpire should not allow play to begin until the coach is off the field. The umpire may assess the coach a charged conference if he delays leaving the field.

As UmpJM stated, if the coach is not delaying the start of the inning, don't pick boogers! Leave it alone and if the offensive coach complains, be polite and tell him that he too can do this as long as the game is not delayed.
Doing anything else will just cause a $hithouse.
